Autogermany goes above and beyond with their customer service. I got front brake pads, front rotors, brake fluid and spark plugs changed for my F30 and I am extremely happy with their work. On top of that they were able to do a free quick inspection of my car and found that my oil filter gaskets are starting to go. Will definitely be heading back again.
I’ve been to a few import dealers now and they’ve all been similar. AutoGermany is leagues above the rest! Their customer service is second to none. I really appreciate the email communications when it comes to the work being done on my car. They were fast, helpful, and communicated clearly about my car and their work. Prices were reasonable. I was so impressed! I wish I found them sooner!
